Are Singles Being Deprived In Singapore ? ?

about 15 mins ago I just noticed there were many 30 year old single man and women hanging out at the bus stops and the HDB void deck. Out of concern I went to talk to them, and they all say that gov didnt allow them to buy HDB so they have no where to go so have to look for illegal shelter untill they turn 35.
