the taro pudding recipe is all wrong tho'
there was never gingko nuts in the thing... you added pumpkin done the same way as the taro pudding...
and they are right about lard and shallots tho'

I had this with chilled coconut milk before too though at home we just make it with taro and pumpkin

but there wasn't such things as coconut milk either.. there weren't such things as coconuts in teochew province
