  Why so few males?

  cos not many males choose this line in the 1st place
  and ladies usually have clearer pronunciation.....
  
  in japan, got one guy one ger
  guy deliver the hard news like politics, military operations, economy.....
  ger deliver the soft news like local news, showbiz, health....

  i think there was a study carried out..
  
  people would listen to a lady newscaster more than a dude one.. that is, if she has a clear voice with good diction..
  
  so following the study, most newsprograms use lady newscasters...

  But Ch U wan very irritating, sometimes the newscaster can almost zhao geng. Was complained by a viewer bef.
