  dun think the remake is as good as the 1983 version one. that is a classic.

  i'll wait until i watch the new one.. the old one was fun to watch..

  especially when Perseus battled the Kraken with Medusa's head..

  but that mechanical owl Bubo was irritating as all heck

  hey I like the Bubo ok when I was a kid.

  what i liked about the movie was the cast.. and what a cast!

  Laurence Olivier, Ursula Andress, Burgess Meredith...

  man... they shld have parodied the movie...  I predict they will in abt 6-12 months time...

   

  anyway I cant wait to watch it... maybe we'll have an outing for this?

  yeah... The last SC movie outing we had was Alice in 3D... And thankfully everyone managed to eat tau huay correctly

  But honestly, I've spoken to some ppl, it seems the 3D effect on each person is different... Some really able to imerse 3D experience, while others like not much difference... Me myself only found the opening disney credit to be 3D, the others looked flat to me...

  Thus I'm still considering whether to watch this in 3D or normal...

  by the way, how the heck did a robot owl made it to the movie anyway ? i love it though!

  kraken, in the trailer, look like so fark up sized up monster, unlike the original movie in 1983, the kraken.

  I wonder if they will put in that owl.

   

  Didn't seem to see it in the trailers for the new movie.

  Anyway, the movie looks like a mish mash of other movies - 300, Troy, Godzilla, Lord of the Rings, Avatar (flying sequences).

  This part I must say, not very true. Guess I don't have wide knowledge about movie shows...but I did manage to catch Starwars episode 4-6...when my parents are perheps my age.
