It's about two guys from New Zealand living in New York trying to make it as a band. Along the way, they find love, get mugged, deal with racism, and even film a LOTR music video... all accompanied with songs [Yo Frodo, what you doin' wearing the ring? All powerful jewelry, is that your new thing?] that will leave you rolling with laughter =)
