they are extras, normal people like u and me, not policemen watsoever. Even the cops in the show are not real cops. My friend act in one episode then, some long time ago.

my understanding last time is they get amatuer/part time actors. Now dunno.

but the actors in crimewatch are not bad. the bad guys can really act!

i like how the actors look very similar to the criminals aft the dramatisation when they show the mugshot.
