  Mediacock actor Terence Cao is sentenced to a fine of $4100 and his driving licence suspensed for 2 years for drunk driving last Augest.
  
  He was travelling at 86km way beyond the 50km speed limit. When caught by traffice police, he refused to take a blood test at the hospital.
