there's practically no midfielder in liverpool's play today.
mas and alonso were deployed as the anchors where the sole offensive supply were from the flank. sadly, zenden was chosen ahead of pennant and gonzalez.
with that strategy, i was in favour of crouch starting instead of bellamy since u need more physical presence to be at the end of those crosses. -
