Liverpool boss Rafael Benitez insists he will not be resting any of his key players against Manchester United despite the fact they will then face Barcelona in the Champions League on Tuesday.
Liverpool will play United at Anfield on Saturday in the lunchtime match live on Sky Sports before hosting the European Champions just three days later.
And Rafael Benitez, who's Red's hold an impressive 2-1 lead over Barcelona from the first leg at the Nou Camp, insists he will field a full strength squad against the current league leaders on Saturday.
"We will try and win the first game (against United) and then think about the second game," said Benitez.
"Beating United will be good for the confidence of the team before the Barcelona game."
Benitez believes United will feel the pressure coming into the game, despite being nine points clear at the top of the table and 16 points clear of Liverpool in third place.
"They know it's a difficult game for them," he added. "If they win against us they will be closer to the title and have more confidence.
"But it will be a close game and in the past, games between us have been decided by one small detail. The difference has been a free kick or a corner or maybe a piece of skill by one player."
