Have Pool finally turned the corner???

  Heard of this phrase "turning the corner" since last millenium during the tag team of Houllier and Evans.
  
  Now whenever Pool goes on an extended run of wins,people start to talk about "turning the corner" again...
  
  Problem is this just another false dawn?(of which there were numerous in the past)???

  I guess NEVER with the present batch of players that Liverpool have.
  
  Esp with the stranger manager that is still living in Spain League.

  I hate this new team. Too many mediocre players.
  
  Anybody agree that team rebuilding funds is best concentrated on getting 1 world-class player rather than 3 average players?
