  ronaldo missed out on the best young player award bcos of his unsporting behaviour.. now they present the award to zizou even though he was sent off during the final.. double standard..

  Even if the votes end after the match, Zidane deserved it..
  
  We cannot say other players like Cannavaro dont deserved it cos he too had a great WC..
  
  But for zidane is different.. How many ppl write off France before the WC?
  I did... I never believe a bunch of oldies led by a old man like Zidane can win the WC..
  
  True in the end they did not but they did made it to the Finals, along the way knocking out hot fave Brazil and irritating Portugal..
  
  Bravo to a man truly a legend..
  
  Pity he had to bow out in such a poor manner...
