I was asking you to imagine it happening if China rules Taiwan.
Yes they do bulldoze the church and beat up worshippers. Christians resort to passing religious info around on thumb drives. Sometimes the pastor in my ex-church would mention it.

If China rules Taiwan? This is politics already. China is ruling HK and Macao now, and churches in both places are more active than ever before.
Has your pastor from your ex church been to China? There are controls and interference from the state in China, but the cheapest Bible is found in China, printed and distributed, both 和本 and 新译本。There are more books and publication in religion, including Christianity, in the major book shops you find in any of the big cities. There is no need to use thumb drives.
There are generally 2 types of churches in China, the family churches 家åºæ•™ä¼š, which are basically not registered, so considered underground, and the official, registered 三自教会。 if you keep religion and politic separate, you will not have problem.
Taiwan churches have their own problem in portraying their belief in the community. Lee Teng Hui is/was a Christian from Presbyterian church, but when he became president, he really has big problem in practicing his religion and not involved in rituals of other religion.
Lets keep politics and religion separated.

My ex-paster is a missionary. He has been to China many times.
A non-registered church is not a political church. Firstly, if the church bring up social issues like helping poor people, it embarrasses the city or provincial government. This is not political. Even if you are not from a church, if you are a charitable organisation or if you travel to Beijing to complain about corruption, your local government will suppress the news, or may even kidnap you and bring you back.
Secondly, a non-political issue such as God being the ultimate authority to Christians, is of concern to the government.
Basically the registered church is pro-government just like the government dalai lama. It won't bring up such issues even if they are non-political.
Thirdly, there are so many passages on unjust rulers in the Bible. They will "take care" in their interpretations.
Fourth, a church's dealings with foreign pastors is naturally a cause for concern, more so than the internet because faith is involved and because the church can reach even illiterate people.
Fifth, Christianity has different reach within China. The Govt tolerates official churches in areas with existing congregations but is trying to restrict Christianity's spread to other areas it is not common in.

can benefit other needy people....................
but why these goons give money to greedy pastors ???
becoz these goons are mired in their own wishful thinking that they'll get richer (these people are also greedy)....................
they also think the pastors can book their places in heaven with their monthly bribes...................

Benefit people is a good thing to do, it's a good deed.
If people don't want to benefit other people that they are familiar with, where do they find the grace within themselves to benefit other people that they aren't familiar with?
People should start by blessing people who know them first.

They accept the prosperity theory from Kong Hee. Kong Hee makes christianity sounds and looks real bad. Kong Hee believes christians need to be rich to reach out to people on christianity. This is wrong christian teaching. Jesus was poor when he was on earth . He went on preaching. I suppose Kong Yee does not condone poor Jesus preaching.

Hey, dude before you wrote this I was replying to a christian friend who keep preaching to me that a christian is always a christian. Once one accepted God he is a christian forever. It is so crappy! That is to say one cannot leave christianity and convert to other religions.
Crap!
Tell you something funny.
One day while the pastor was there, a Public Security man came to the church to talk big and disturb the local Christians. He saw the pastor was looking very shocked and asked who he was. When the local told him, he was equally shocked and left the church. The local told him he is welcome to come more often because they don't do these things in front of foreigners.

Not just in the Mid-East.Christians in China have to worry about getting arrested and sent to jails and infiltration into their churches by cult members.I think there is a famous cult called Eastern Lightning who is tearing churches apart with their false doctrine and offers of wealth and sex to lure away Christians from their churches.
