  Right now on this computer at home = XP home patched with SP2

  i got try install Win XP Pro before on my computer. but turns out everything runs slower and playing games is very laggy. my hardwares's just not fast enough for XP.

  hm...ya some times my comp laggy as well. maybe I upgrade my RAM will help. I got only 256.

  WinXP System itself uses approximately 100+MB of RAM. 512MB RAM is the bare minimum for XP to run it's stuff smoothly.

  if windows XP needs 512MB RAM just to run the OS smoothly, there won't be mush ram left to do anything else.
