How to unlock all characters in Street Fighters Zero3 (GBA)

for those who hav Street Fighters Zero3 for the Gameboy Advane, i will like to know how to unlock all the hidden characters.

i got this from a website but i cant get it to work. what title screen are they refering to? Neutral

Street Fighter Alpha 3 Unlock All Fighters
On the title screen, press LEFT, RIGHT, DOWN, RIGHT, L, L, A, L, L, B, R, A, UP.

can someone help me, thx a lot!

i think it's the screen where it says "press start"...

i'm not sure... i had this game ages ago and i did mine the hard way..

for example, what do i press after i have pressed the codes mentioned above?

Left, Right, Down, Right, L, L, A, L, L, B, R, A, Up (All Characters)

A, Up, A, L, R, Right, L, Right, A, Down, Right (All Ism-Plus Modes )

L, Right, A, R, Up, L, Right, B, A, Up, Right, Down, Right (All Modes (Mazi, Saikyou, etc))

Hold A + B (when selecting a speed) Fight Shin Akuma (Final Battle)

Hold Start when selecting Bison Play as Master Bison

Hold Start when selecting Akuma Play as Shin Akuma

These manual cheats are entered at the SF Logo screen. You must finish
entering these codes prior to the demo screen appearing or else it will
not work.

In all instances you will hear Ryu's traditional 'Hadouken!' confirming
the code's entry.
