Vitamin E for your skin.
Vitamin C to prevent you body from illness and so so lah.. i dun remember all.
Vit D for your bones.
I also eat omega 3 (cod liver oil). it's good for blood circulation.

vitamins are an essential to the human body, and lacking sufficient vitamins in your diet will require you to take vitamin supplements in the form of tablets/softgels/etc..
if you want to know what kind of vitamins you need, why don't you revise your diet and look at what vitamins may be lacking there? for example, it may not have enough calcium so you might wanna take some calcium supplements? [i'm not so sure but that's how i decide what vitamins i need.. right now i take vitamin C everyday cos I'm prone to colds and don't eat enough fruits n veggies everyday..]
i feel dat.. it's better if we take in vitamins in their natural forms i.e. fruits/vegetables/milk etc.. vitamins supplements are for those who lead a hectic lifestyle and often don't have the time to eat a balanced diet...
