HELP WITH CS STEAM

  ANYONE!! PLS HELP
  
  i recently bought the cs anthology series....
  
  it allowss me to play condition zero and counter strike 1.6 online on steam
  
  however... i always experience connection problem even though my internet is really damn stable and fast....
  
  anyone got solution for this prob? thx....

  go settings >> download tab >> choose the approximate speed of your internet connection. i think that should help.
  
  do not on programs that may eat bandwidth such as sopcast, pplive etc. Off downloads/bittorrents. All these will cause lag and spikes
