Why is it that japanese sets can be and have modified sets available and be selling as cheap as $390 for unmodified set and $580 for modified package set with limited or even no warranty given ? But local set have 1 year warranty selling for $659 but no modified set available yet ? How come such a big different ?

why does sg selling wii at $659 while you can get fully modded ones in jb at rm1150?
