  someone i know works in xbox receiving calls on technical issues...he had wanted to get an xbox 360 but was put off by the numbers of complaints he gets everyday...i'm sure there are problems with PS3, but i've my PS2 i bought when it was first launched is still working, so i'll probably get a PS3 if i wan...
