  which 1 should i get xbox360 or ps3?

  If you're more interested in Japanese style games,go for PS3.
  If you're more interesting in other genres such as FPS,racer etc etc and also interested in using ur console as a AIO media(means u use the console to watch movies,programs,music etc etc) Then go for Xbox 360.
  
  Xbox 360 is a good media AIO.Pro package get u the HD component cable and the elite get u a HDMI cable.When u log in to Xbox Live u can download High-Definition shows i.e E3 2007.

  Actually,its not that GTA is not available for xbox but its that the game is banned in singapore,and ps2 can easily mod it to buy the pirated version of the game(ps2 original also banned).
  
  U can try your luck finding a private reseller of GTA IV if it comes out in NTSC/J or NTSC uncoded format.I manage to get my hand on a copy of Saints Row(almost the same as GTA) from a private reseller.
