In China most ppl still playing Kof98 because it has no striker, and game balance is still so far the best.

The part when you play singple player, you will encounter one of the 3 following teams before the boss. I cant remember the names ,one team is the sports team with 3 guys that play basketball, ruby, boxing. Another team is the old master team, Kyo's father, the tall army guy and takuma. lol used to play a lot during NS cos only 20 cents ,prefer kof 99 can use Krizalid and dm/sdm does more damage than 2000.

army guy is heiden(spelling), used to be in the same team as clark and ralf.
2 babes = vice and mature.
btw i find 99 more balanced than 98. and i think its better challenging on it. 98 was abit weird
