1. Do not switch your guns unnecessarily. It does not makes you look like a pro but instead makes you look more like a farktard when getting owned.
2.Many people have the inclination to reload their bullets when it isn't very empty ? By this I meant guns with 20+ bullets. Many people have this bad habit [ Like me ] so try your best to stop reloading.
3.Before you throw your precious flashbang lookout to see if there are any teammates around. I realized on server a Hongkong farktard deliberately throw at teammates..
4.Try not to block your AWPing teammates and it could annoy them.
5.Footsteps. You can listen to footstep e.g. tunnel in de_dust2 and it may earn you some extra frags
6.Some people has a unique way of shooting, that is after they open fire they use DUCK key to squat. I am one of them, but this results in low accuracy,unless you are talking about targeting their head, open fire and squad..
7.For AK you could consider this - Far range use a bullet at a time, don't hold but pressing repeadly. This is very accurate as every bullet hits. For close range you can use 2shot per click. For Very near range do your best to spray !
8.Locating your crosshair above chest level helps better for headshot.
9.Solitude kills. What if the other party whole gang chiong same place? Good luck then.. This type of scenerio often happens.
10.Signals. When your teammate use C2 enermy spotted or c3 Need backup you locate where he is from radar and sapport him, or else inevitably you are the one losing out.
11.Many people do not use radar. Please make it a point to check radar often like you go dentist every 6 months ! I am not suggesting you check your radar every 6 months but try to look at it when your teammates die
AWP Usage
AWP is suppose to be one of the most powerful weapon in game alongside AK47 and M4A1 Karbine. If you use it wisely you might own the whole game.
1- Dragshot. It means when the target is moving you drag your mouse along where he is going but aim your crosshair at spot before he reaches it.
2-Blindshot. Without training all I can say is work hard..you are not gonna hit any target near range..
Let us identify 3 types of Sniper in game.
1st type - Runs to a spot at start of game and camp. - No real use as he just waits without give sapport to others .
2nd type - Go along with team sapporting them behind. - This kind of ally is good ,give support to team
3rd type - AWPer rushes infront of team and pwn the other team ..
- If you are really pro or cheating I suggest you don't do this .. you might get killed
BTW mostly all of above ideas I get from a chinese website

and wad do u mean close range. can u cite an example? perhaps dd2, stairs with bs A izzit close range? -
