Perfect World is just a rip off from WoW if you look at the game screenshoots
Looking at the various MMORPGs' number of subscribers, I will still say WoW is still the best MMORPG game around

I am currently playing 9Dragons. Below will be a quick review for you.
Graphics : 8.5/10 --> A kinda dreamy look with the shading, pretty good actually, for a F2P game.
Character Customization : 6.5/10 --> As compared to other games, the customization isn't much to do with, but good enough for me.
Understanding & Interface : 5.5/10 --> Understanding the game will be pretty hard. The help file in-game is ok, but it still lacks some vital info on how to understand the game.
Community : NA/10 --> It really depends on where you are, and hows your luck. So far, it's pretty even for me, in my Wu-Tang clan. Some of them is real kind, and they really go the extra mile to help you out, some are just big time assholes.
Gameplay : 7.5/10 --> Sufficient amount of quests for you to go along with, rewards are pathetic on some quests though. Tracking quest is pretty simple with the "check your map for the npc" system. Grinding is easy enough if you find the correct monsters to go with.
PVP : NA/10 --> I haven't test this out yet. According to my friends, it's pretty fun to kill those enemy clans.
Storyline : 7.5/10 --> Not bad actually, if you know some of the chinese kung fu stories AKA "wu xia xiao suo". There are many references in this game from the stories.
Overall --> 6.5/10 A good game for you to burn some time and play with, but not worth the time if you're finding a serious game to stick and play with. -

definitely not recommended for first timers to MMORPGs, WoW wins FF online by 1 simple thing, instances. People want to play, not getting killed every now and then by some guy who spends 24hr in-game. And that is where WoW's beauty is, everybody stands a equal chance even without all conditions being ceteris paribus.
The reason why WoW is that popular is cause it is easy to pick up and after that, it is purely friendship and the bonds you have to your fellow WoW friends, guildmates etc that is sustaining your $25 monthly bill to Blizzard.
