Where to get Silent Hill 4?

  I have finished playing SH3 and will like to try out SH4.
  
  I have looked at funan but the shops there don't sell sh4. (They did sell sh3 though). Its strange.
  
  Are there any SH4 pc games which are sold at sim lim?
