  I'm like a few years behind time but better late than never.
  
  So, can anyone recommend me a place to purchase one(modded)?
  
  Everyone i know points me to SLS but i scare kanna chop carrot head, then i just can't seem to spot any shops selling game consoles out in the suburbs...

  PS2 is old liao,u can also buy from yahoo auction or classified for less than a new one.

  well, i rather you wait for the PS3. while a PS2 is nice, it's getting kinda dated. Heck, in a few mths time, when all the PS3 games start coming out, you'll be wondering why you even thought of buying a PS2 in the first place
