1) there are many, MAME, NeoRageX, Nebula, Finalburn, Kawaks......(so many of them i cant name them all to you.....) But dont expect to play very new arcade games on them. Differnt emulators plays differnt systems.
2) Metal slug series is NeoGeo system, but some other emulators can play it too. Just search on the net, google is your friend.
