  Do u know how to harvest those empty tiles at sea waters..It look very tempting to harvest it (3 golden coins and two bread) but i researched every damn technology yet to no avail...
  
  I onli noe that clams,fish and crab can be harvested by launching Workboats
  
  Oil and such can be procure by building Offshore Platform..
  
  BUT those empty tiles can they be harvested...? Or is it just the way it is..?
  
  2nd Question..
  
  In the City Governor menu where u can turn on food growth,commerce,production etc etc...
  
  Wats the Citizen automation button is really for and does it DO..?
  And the next button beside its (cant remember wat it was) what its function ?
  
  Lastly from wat i see the Modern Tanks are the strongest land unit in Civ IV,Am i correct ?
