how to reduce lag for WC3 in battle net?

  i'm getting a ping of 230+ in asia...and 2 sec delay in game...anyway to help reduce the lag?thanks...

  can you guys help me out? last time using same computer and router connection, i can host and play with no lag even if the data transfer is 1mbps and link quality as low as 6%
  
  but now suddenly keep getting lag spikes if less than 2mbps and link quality lower than 13%
  
  
  
  but CS nothing much, and also i opened port 6112 to 6119 yet i sometimes can't see the games list or host a game
  
  wonder if anyone is kopping my net
