  I am using my pc monitor as TV to play PS2, you will need to buy a convertor to hook up to your monitor.
  
  Not sure does your laptop have a display input port or not.
  
  As to where you can find a convertor, try asking any game shop that sells PS2 unit.

  labtop display input port is the yellow, white, red holes ar? how much does the converter cost roughly? coz sim lim always like to rise the price of the thinhs they sell. thx

  i juz check with a shop that sell ps2, games and stuff. he says it needs a device that can coverter the video so that it can be shown on my labtop. so u have to connect the ps2 to the device then to the labtop. he is selling the device for about $80... so exp. i think can find cheaper ones at outside

  Depending on the quality of the convertor.
  Seen a few, the cheap one usually have problem with gamma and bright color.
  
  I got mine for RM90 while visiting KL.

  Mine is plug to a pc monitor.
  Gamma is ok, but some problem with the colour red causes it to be too bright sometime.
  Luckily there is a dial on the convertor to adjust colour n gamma.
  
  Its pretty hard to say abt the price range, just ask the shop worker to demo the convertor. If the quality is good then u can buy it.
