This game is good. I like the game's open concept.
Pros:
You get to choose race, sex, create any class you want, go anywhere you like, do whatever you like to do (but dont get caught for stealing or killing).
Cons:
If you do not have a powerful computer with a high end graphics card, you cant see the true beauty of its graphics.
If you have been a fan of role playing, fantasy and the Medievel then you will enjoy Oblivion just like the Morrowind, the Thief series and The Dark Messiah of Might and Magic. Its amazing how RPG had been played over a gamebook, paper and pens with a game/ dungeon master...now with gaming consoles and computer hardware at their peak its quite a view looking back at what we have been playing with.
Besides graphics card (hope the frames will not freeze up for a while when mulitple enemies attacks with spells), more and good quality RAM sure will help you when the area loads. You wouldn't want to have the game shut down when you have run over the area that hasn't been completely loaded up yet
