half-life 2 require internet connection to set up your steam account in order to play the game. no matter whether u play online or not, u still need to log on to download a lot of files to unlock/play the single player game.
even me a boardband user took 3 hours to finsih all the download. i wonder how a 56k modem user is going to cope?

hmm... got 1 part of the game [the buggy part] got this gate which is closed and at the side of it, theres a hole only big enough for gordon to go thru but not for the buggy.. how did u solve that part of the game ?
for me i built a ramp and flew over the gate lol -

G man is the guy...who made the black mesa disaster...
G-Man is an alien...
Gordan killed The Mr Breen..because he declined to have the job offer..
G-man oso cannot be killed...You can see the G-man walking around some of the places in half life 2? -

it gives me the impression that the world of half-life is actually like the matrix.... hmmm that breen guy is the architect, the g-man is the agent( smith ) and gordon... NEO -
The last part got no "king" in a sense..!
wt.f ive been cheated..just need to use the improved modified G-gun to suck that plasma ball and fire it on the "super huge" teleporter..
which is shaped like a tower elevator..
G-MAN Characteristics (SPOILERS)
1.G-man can stop time
2. Seems to be an ally of "Combine" walking around combine areas..
like doing businesses
3. Gordon works for G-Man
4. G-Man cannot be KILLED..
5. G-Man is the strongest and perhaps the manipulator..
6. Mr Breen might have just been a tool of G-Man
Number of times you will see G-Man : 3 Times, (1 of it will be in CCTV in combine area which looks like jail in Entrapment/Nova Prospect)
Anyway, the ant lion "king" looks similar to starship troopers bug war...how i wish i got unlimited bazooka and unlimited rifles rounds haha
I think the whole black mesa disaster started..because G-Man provided
black mesa with a sort of diamond which u placed inside during the HL-1
i played HL-1 carefully, and G-Man wanted to have a agenda to "bring"
his aliens here so as to control earth in a sense

Appears more than 11 times in HL2.
Ravenholm was actually a town occupied by the Rebels until the Combine fired those Headcrab missiles. -
i love that ravenholm mission and i couldnt bear to leave when that greg guy opened the gate for me...
loved flinging barrels and those blades at mindless zombies

The combine is a race that came to earth to absorb our techonolgy (teleportation) and humans, hench the gery dudes we saw at the last part is a hybird of human and combine alien tech.
G-Man is for sure some kind of merc agent for gordon, since dr breen mentioned his services were to the highest bidder ( hence i think that there must be more than 1 party interested in our techonolgy). In one place u can actually see g-man like making some kind of deal with someone -
