Played it just now, version 1.1. Its the full game, not the demo. Those who can play Doom 3 ultra high quality graphics should have no problems rendering this graphic intensive game. Highly recommended you decrease details in those hard to reach places.
Lots of options for you to play around with, you find races by exploring the map, ala GTA 3. 2 new race modes not available in the first is the Street X, and URL modes. Street X is damn hard to play, once your opponent overtakes you, thats it, like erm drifting with racing, try to stick real close to the corners. The URL mode is one where you go to a private circuit to race, thats all there is to it.
Customisation for cars have increased, yes you can even change your side mirrors.
Then theres this dyno/tune garage for you to see which areas of your car needs that little boost for specific race modes. But I tell you, drive here drive there then drive back to the garage is si beh ley chey.
I finished 3 levels, got Toyo to sponsor me and my car is still in stock.
Takumi fans take note, theres a toyota corolla GT-S. Plus finally an evo 8.
Theres even an SUV i forgot the name, plus you can add stereo, what a laugh.
I just played the game for awhile, controls are a little more responsive except for the drag races, knn dunno whats with the gears man!
I haven't fully try out all the functions yet, theres even this hydraulic pump what jump thing.
I'm currently using the mx-5, one of my fave cars in the game for exceptional handling. I haven't really played with the car, still in the red it came stock with.
