  I recount about 70percent...
  and when I visit other countries' forum, such phenomenon do not exist.
  Singapore...clean and green on the surface only?
  Or is this forum an exception?
  I sometimes visit the singapore channel and encounter the same thing. guys seeking girls out, guys wanting to chat up girls....
  the topic never deviates , although the channel topic is "General Chat"
