  if you are served by a rude sales person, what would you do?
  
  will you comlain to their superior? OR just simply forget it?
  
  will you highlight the mistakes of the sales person to improve better customer service? OR just forget it and won't shop there anymore?

  Depends on how bad the service is. If it goes over my tolerance level, of course must complain to feel better.

  Just the simple fare top up booth at MRT stations enough already.
  
  Some are ridiculous.
