a smile (coupled with appropriate eye contact) from a member of the opposite sex (or member of the same sex, if you're into that) works well as a sign to tell the other party that you're remotely interested, at least in the physical level for the current moment ....
i think this works wonders in giving the other party an invitation to come over for a chat. unfortunately, asians in general, are shy and avoid eye contact.
read from an article recently about a caucasian woman who married a singaporean guy. the summary of her point was that, it's only that local guys aren't smooth talkers, it's just that most of the time, the poor guy is sized-up in a negative way, even before he has a chance to open his mouth, and she also mentions that she's had her fair share of smooth talkers who don't keep their end of the deal ...
but, then again, guys happen to be quite shallow and then mistaken that special smile from the gal to be a message that she's "easy" ......... well, boys will be boys, and guys will be guys -
It cost nothing, but creates much.

I agree there's need for modification over the attempt we use eye contact.
Usually cannot be remote range, gotto be close range.
The closer the better receptivity.
But, got to be very confident. I had my experience before. Will post later. Going outing liaoz. -

I came to realise recently that girls tend to shy away from talking or even look at a good-looking guy generally. Is it because of the girl's inferior complexity, the fear of getting hurt by this nice-looking man or just wanting attention from the other party. What do you think?
