  Let's say that if you saw a stranger that caught your eyes on a train/bus, would you approach him/her?

  If you beoh only but somehow your body refuses to go closer and talk to her.....it means you havent found a good enough reason TO DO IT.

  It takes a bit of skill to define if the stranger is approachable, mainly the body language. But if the stranger really do catch your eyes and you just want to know him/her more, please do try to be more polite and look less scary, stranger afterall. You may start off your sentence with "Hi, excuse me but notice you for a while and thought that...", and also give people a choice to back away, once you detect a shift in body language whereby the stranger show signs of shrugging away then pls do let them know if it's uncomfotable for them to continue the convo just let you know and have a nice day and walk away.
