i got this female fren, we recently met, so only met few times (group), a bit of sms and tele conversation.
it seems tht she has lots to talk abt and ask me this and that, she even had a new haircut and told me thru phone "hey, we must meet so that you can see my new haircut"

i'm serious abt it just that she's been hot and cold, so not very sure.
tried asking her out twice, both fail. one is she can't make it at that time, the one is a last min, so she was already on her way to her appt :( -

Ask her again. If she still says no after 3 times, means she ain't interested. Follow the 3 times rule.I don't know why but i once heard a joke from the christians. When Jesus say Peter is about to deny and reject him, Peter denied that vehemently. Then Jesus predicted that on the night Jesus would be arrested and be crucified, Peter will deny him 3 times when people ask Peter whether he knew Jesus. True to the prediction, Peter denied Jesus three times.
So yeah, 3 times is the general rule.
