How To Approach A Gal Whom I Saw While On My Way To Work?

There is a gal whom I saw almost everyday when I was on my way to work. Very often I take the same bus with her to work and I know that her work location is quite near to my work location. This have been like around 2 months.
I would like to make friends with her but I have no idea where to start. So I would like some advices from the members here. Thans.
So far we do have some eye contacts. -

tough, unlesss you are a very daring and thick skin guy. Keep smiling to her when you see her, if she respond with smile and when come to a time you feel u are comfortable to say "hi" to her, go ahead and do it. Gauge her response to your "hi" then decide what to do next.

Hey ah-soh..
the next time you take the same bus with her, quickly grab a sit first (if there is one), then when she makes eye contact with you, pat the chair beside you signalling her to come and sit by your side. If she doesn't see it, then just approach her when the time is right, like when she is waiting for the bus at the bus stop.
Women who are attracted to you will stand around you or near you, unless they are shy and unfriendly. Looking at what you said, eye contact has been made quite a few times but where is the smile coming from you? Did you look away? NEVER look away and act uninterested or shy if you want to befriend the lady.
Eye contact >> smile >> walk towards her >> open your mouth and start talking
"Hey, i have seen you quite a few times and i was just wondering, have you had breakfast?" (Smile genuinely and not creepily)
The first thing she will do is actually laugh if you do it with the correct body language and tone. She isn't expecting anything like that in her life before. Tell me, which guy in Singapore got the balls to approach a women and even make it to the point where the girl is laughing because you are cute ?
If her response is telling you that she isn't interested, then forget it, say something like, "Oh well, have a great day!" (Again, with a smile)
This "solution" is better than getting to see her but never get to actually strike a conversation with her. Seriously, what can you lose? Your face, if you approach a lady ? Loose it man, if you got balls.
