I'd entirely disagree with Arctic Star's post on the first page. If anything, it gets easier with age because:
1) You've got a helluva lot less to lose the older you get
2) The older you get , the more sense you ought to have of who you are
3) By this stage of the game you should know that the worst thing anyone can say is no
4) As you get older, you ought to have figured out that "Can this be done?" is a f***ing useless question, learned to skip it and go straight to "How can this be done?"
5) As you go along, you learn not to put anyone on a pedestal
6) After all of your scrapes and bruises, you really need to have learned to laugh any disaster off and just get over it
7) You'll have learned that life's just too goddamned short - either do it or forget entirely about it, because asking "What if I had ... ?" is the worst crime you can commit -
