The physical appearance may be an issue for majority of the people out there. But hey, look at yourself in the mirror first. Dun compare others unless you got what it takes.
Character is a major factor in a relationship. If looking for a real r/s. Y care about looks. If thinking of looks, might as well dun go for a r/s as it is showing that that person is looking for surface fun only and not for the real r/s.
Instead of lookimg for appearance , y dun try looking at feelings.
But I do agree that appearance does matter, coz its the first glance or appearance which will make someone go for a second look. Only when theres a second look, then there will be advancement.
As long as appearance is average shouldn't be a problem for anyone. How long can good looks last. Who knos, maybe the next day pimples acne all appear on the face and there goes the good looks.
A bit plump or chubby shouldn't be a problem as it will shows that the girl would be better to hug.
But if its those chubby with vain or suck-up attidude one, thats a big NO-NO. cos I have seen some who damn act-cute buay paisei one. It will really make pple puke. -

What i've read so far, none commented that big sized is a turn off.
Girls that are on the slightly big - big are still very much wanted.

If this is what most guys in Singapore think, which IS the truth, it's only a matter of whether they want to admit it or not, then no thank you, I'd rather remain single!
When I was in Sec Sch like donkey years back , we weren't obsessed with looks and all that. We had our homework, but we were also pretty carefree and we didn't choose our friends and girl/boyfriends based purely on looks as much as it's happening these days.
Look around at the happy, elderly couples around you. How many are still slim and trim? I've seen patients in the hospital fall extremely ill or get chronically ill, and I've seen spouses exhibit true love by staying by their side despite seeing them bloat up and become pretty 'ugly' due to their illness, and I've also seen spouses turn their backs on their ill and suddenly ugly other half.
Think a bit deeper on issues like that.
And I wish to say this, as you judge others, may you also, be judged by the very same yardstick!
