I guess most guys are like me, rather thick-headed, so if you want to hint to the guy that you like him, you'll have to be more obvious. One way is perhaps to use your body language. I'd watched this programme on the BBC while I was studying in the UK, and it showed how important body language is to human courtship rituals. Perhaps you can pick up some books on body language to see whether there are any tips that you can use.
