  step 1: start + maintain thread and distribute your contact when asked for.
  
  step 2: be at the stipulated venue on time. for my style, i dont even make sure if everyone on the list is there. they will call when they reach.
  
  step 3: bring them to the beach.
  
  its almost like wat a participant do except that organiser starts a thread and be punctual. in the first place, should we all be punctual most of the time?
