  If I'm not wrong... Soo Kee allows you to trade in yr old diamonds from soo kee for upgrade (to a bigger diamond of cos)

  nope i haven been there but i heard that its alot cheaper there but the gems are not that fantastic..... in the sense that although it might be good grade and stuff like that printed on the GIA cert, u might want to get another gemlogist to verify that.. its not bery credible in that sense...
