just a show of hands who is like me here..
Have problem with the nose every morning.....ie.. sneezing, blocked etc etc....and whats yr remedy???
im like having flu every morning but by noon it be alright liao..... -
the morning sickness I experience is everyday got to wake up .... sianz !

usually i'm fine, but coz of the rain yesterday, got a blocked nose this morning...

i guess this is a sign telling u to sleep with clothes in future?

Yah, I've got a sensitive nose, and morning runny nose. Usually once I get my engines running awhile (walk around take bus etc), it clears up.

have a puff in the morning. maybe that would clear your nostrils up a bit.

your nose sensitive? if its "yi chuan" then no choice....
try to avoid drastic drop in temp - such as letting your feet touch cold water
make sure your room is not dusty, less perfume etc -

i usually sneeze a lot. then after a while, when it warms up, im better. -
i like to slp even though i am awake....stand in mrt aso can slp..walkin aso slp..at work aso slp..go toilet slp...meeting slp...v tired...after noon then ok

A hot drink helps

usually i just let myself sneeze non stop. makes the other people in the office think im coming down with something so they wun make noise if i take MC, also, they might be more sympathatic towards me n act less like jerks.

if i sleep with air-con on, morning wake up will have itchy, runny nose.......
