  hehe.. its pretty easy to identify the shortest time coz that usually happens when we are freaking late.
  
  as for your average-longest time, what are the preparation consists of?
  
  e.g.
  bathe - 1hr
  makeup - 2hr
  choose clothes - 1hr
  wearing it - 5 minutes
  
  ... and all these for going downstair?

  for outings:
  eg, gotta leave home at 5,
  
  3pm, shower.
  
  3.30pm, shower done. start drying off and work on my hair.
  
  4pm, choose my clothes
  
  4.30pm, make sure i'm not missing out anything i want to bring, eg. shads, mp3 player, lip gloss, hp, cash, cards, contact lense case, eyedrops...
  
  4.45pm, change into my choosen clothes, make any last minute decisions about my clothing choices, put on my contact lenses if im wearin' them, apply colonge.
  
  4.55pm, make sure my hair is ok,grab a cap in case along the way it gets messed up and i cannot fix it back nicely.
  
  5pm, leave the house.

  shortest time: 30 mins (excluding choosing for clothes to wear)
  wake up..and storm to the toilet with towel on hand.
  wash my hair and apply conditioner
  brush my teeth while waiting for conditioner to set in...
  soap myself and wash my face (and think of what to wear)
  all this takes 20mins
  
  another 10mins is for changing and combing of hair..
  no hair dryer, no makeup, no sunblock
  
  Longest time: 2 hrs..(already start thinking of what to wear the previous day)
  fast drying mask: 10mins
  waxing: 10 mins
  shower: 30-40 mins
  
  makeup and blowing of hair and changing: another 30 to 40mins...

  depends on occasion..if its work/date/shopping etc etc..i will chose to be late and still well groomed... (lol sometimes very late liao then bo bian..stilll be late but also messy...)

  rather be well prepared. because my travel timing is usually based on taking bus n mrt, if im late, i can take a taxi n still be on time.

  Heh it depends how important it is for me to be punctual and prepared for that occassion. If can be late, I'd turn up late.
