reading from one of the threads, someone did mention about a wallet with tons of 'plastic' means that the person is rich?????
I think those that dont have tends to be richer coz they got the cash to use/spare

I noticed that nowadays most pple shop wif cards rather than wif paper cash (less those old ah ma and ah pek).
Come to think of it, it is really convenient nowadays with those direct banking transaction.
I recall last time my dad get salary from the company (not directly bank into his account)
So the accounts clerk/manager got to go to the bank at least once a month to draw out large amount of $$$ for payday, and in due course, many got robbed... or fear of losing the $$$.
Technology, in a way has helped the accounts pple

just walk up to a foreign ATM and insert that piece of plastic. makes life easier ....... -
