somebody who knows something about everything or someone who is an expert of a particular field?

personally i prefer to be jamie of all trades.....cheap and good....versatile, flexible.......exposed to more things, know alotta things........no need scared no rice to eat..... -

i think the expertise comes mainly from yr career ie..u are expert from which industry u came from.....
