Are you a problem creator/solver?

Among family, friends, relationships, studies and/or work, do you see yourself playing more of being a problem creator or solver?
problem creator here doesnt necessary mean u are being problematic or burden to the people surrounding you, but more of you not always having the solution on hand.
problem creator always go "i want...."
problem solver always go "how about...."
if you are able to distinguish yourself from the above, do you wish you can be otherwise instead? if so, what effort have you put in in attempt to switch from the said role to another? -
i always try to be the peacemaker.. try la.. nv said successful

for me..in terms of work.. i suppose to solve my customer's problem.... i have no choice but to use words like "how about..." , "ok..... lemme check for u and get back to you......." etc etc.. -

both oso lah... definitely someone gotta solve when there's a problem, and when everything's too bored, someone gotta create a problem..
eg...
problems:
where do we go for lunch? where do we go after dis?

Used to be problem creator until this friend of mine, my superior in army, now friend, taught me that no problem is big.
He taught me the how to find solutions instead of having the solution on hands.
You know army lah, slack, inefficient. So many of us also boh pian and helpless. When he entered my unit, he always motivate and made us think how to solve problems, whatever aspects.
Really grateful to him for what I am now. -
Problem solver.. cos i think I am always thinking in others' shoes before doing and deciding on anything..at least i try not to create problems.. cos think there are enough problems to go around.. its something that we CAN do without..

i "create" problems for the management by saying things that they'd rather people not say..
in that way, i force them to handle the problems only their level have the power to solve... problems they know are there but pretend not to notice...
and in that way, i solve problems for my branch and my junior officers..
so, what does that make me other than "loose cannon"? -

Used to be problem-creator. Keep blaming people for the mess they create. Only until recently that I went thru' a course that I learnt to be a problem-solver and be solution-orientated. No use in pointing fingers when a problem occurred. Always best to think of a solution out of the mess.

hmm i just wonder.. while it is good that u find the solution.. i feel sometimes its oso impt to let the person who created the problem knows how it can be prevented - thru finger pointing haha..
or else same thing happen?
