- if yes, will u buy your supply from convenience stores or do you prefer not to be seen to have all these premeditated? convenience stores.. psychologically, its more embarrased to buy from someone who is selling condoms only.. vs convienent store where i can "pretend" and buy other stuff as well....
- what flavour will u buy? strawberry, banana, durian, almond jelly.. almond jelly.......
- if you have not bought any yet, will u buy "off-hand" from someone who is selling along the streets or come knocking on ur door? nope..
- will you be willingly extorted when u are made to purchase when u are most needed.of coz not......
- if the price is cheaper than what the shops are selling? will u still buy from the shop? i might doubt the reliability of the pdt.... -

Erm, not sure if I can help much ... because I don't do the buying
But in the instance that the guy originally did not buy flowers, but at that moment pass by the seller and want to buy... I think a 2, 3 -5 stalk bouquet would be decent. Price wise you can charge slight premium, after all they're paying for convenience and there are little alternative/substitutes at that location (but also depending on location and competition). A premium of 2-4 dollars more than similar product selling in florists would be acceptable.
Not sure about market rate and prices, you'll have to check florists.
Of course it's very important you dress the flowers up. It's all about product attractiveness and impulse buying.
1 stalk in plastic wrapper definitely looks sad... but if you dress it up with filler flowers & wrapping paper/ribbon, still passable.
