Wow..............have not begin logging in for some time and this has become a joint for pilots. 
The way I see it is that Kopi will not be able to participate on this Saturday. And we shall just carry on without him.
I suggest on that M/s Churra take charge and consolidate the list. And we shall proceed as plan.

And for those who know how to reach Woodland CP by themselves. Meet up at the counter on the second level at the CP centre.
