currently i think all sunblock got protect against UV A/B rays. as i have said earlier, get those spray one cos its easier to apply...if use those cream one will have residue if u never spread evenly. i using coppertone dryoil, spf 8. dryoil also comes in spf 4 and i think 0 also have. get 8 ok liao....if u dun wanna get tan then get the cream type, spf 30...sure won't tan much. cost is about 1x bucks. -

there is...someone was using it...tare is i am not wrong. best is 8....u get tan and got protection. just re-apply every 90 mins or so and when body is totally dry, use water to make it wet. when i bake salted fish in ntu, i always bake near the wash area, when totally dry i go dose myself in water then go back bake. so far no sunburn b4....except face lah....face area is spray on palms then rub on face.Originally posted by skeujin:there is no spf 0 la goon!.. mite as well use knife brand oil....
